Now before you close the window and run off in a huff, I want you to stop and think for a minute. What is your number one source of business? It’s repeat and word of mouth business…right? Well if that is the case then building a vibrant customer base in the fulcrum point for your long term success. What better way to remain top of mind with your existing customers than to send them a consistent value add newsletter in email, print or both? If they don’t hear from you how are they going to remember you for the next time they need plumbing services? If they don’t hear from you, how are they going to remember you when their friends or family members ask about a good plumbing contractor in the area?

It seems obvious and simple, but having a systematic ongoing effort to remain in contact with your current and past customers is critical!
